Park Rules

Rules for EVERYONE!

1. Ride at your own risk. Know your limitations

2. No alcoholic berverages

3. Helmets requried for at all times for ATV and Dirtbike riders

4. Do not litter. Please help to keep the grounds clean by cleaning up after yourself!

5. Be courteous of other drivers and Park Employees on and off the trails

6. The park is neither liable or responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal property or injury to visitors.

7. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

8. All vehicles must operate in a manner to avoid incidents and/or accidents while in the park.

9. Excessive speed and reckless driving will not be tolerated.

8. Failure to comply with the above rules, regulations and safe operating procedures can result in your being temporarily or permanently banned from using the park or participating in any future park activity or event. No refund of any moneis will be given.
